TechSage has a strong and dependable communication workflow. The desktop application for submitting help tickets is efficient, and the company communicates updates or roadblocks via email and through the ticket application. You would be hard-pressed to find an IT company that is run more effectively than TechSage, that has big-company tools and "know-how" but still knows you and your business at an intimate level. I don't have much to critique!

Because we're a DoD contractor, we are held to a higher standard of security. Working in the cloud actually meets and surpasses those (security) standards. If other firms are worried about working in the cloud... there isn't really an issue other than perception!
